Sweet Cecily's Lip Balm Review

When I attended a formal party a while back we were each given some gifts. These gifts included an M&S beauty set and a lip balm. The lip balm was one that I had never seen or heard of before but it was the most delicious and best smelling balm I'd ever had- Pina Colada flavour, mmm.

Anyway, fast forward to this week, and I found Sweet Cecily's on Twitter who were looking for a handful of people to try out their latest lip product. This morning the package arrived with three gorgeous lip balms.

I instantly recognised the packaging of the lip balms then remembered how much I loved the Pina Colada one which I had tried previously.

I also love the Mojito flavour balm- it tastes/smells like limey, sugary, minty goodness!

Now, onto Sweet Cecily's latest product; Their Espresso Martini Lip Balm is the newest edition to their collection and I love it just as much as the others!

All of their lip balms are made from shea butter, beeswax, cocoa butter, almond oil, calendula oil and natural fragrances which is great as you know that I don't like to have any chemical nasties in the products that I use!

I love the smell and taste of the Espresso Martini lip balm as it is just like the real thing! The smell of the Espresso is what I love most about it, as it brings back fond memories of a coffee shop I used to visit when I was younger.

All of the balms are super moisturising and soothing. The balms melt when you rub your fingers on it to produce a thin oil like substance which feels light on your lips in comparison to some lip balms which are thick and heavy.

They have fantastic lasting power and even look great when dabbed thinly on top of lipstick for a more glossy look.

Thank you for Sweet Cecily's for sending me some of their lovely products to share with you guys! You can follow them on Twitter here!

You can buy the Pina Colada and Mojito flavoured lip balms here and the Espresso Martini flavour will be released for your eyes (lips) soon!

Have a great day!
